Introduction to Spectrum Service Contract

The Service Contract (SC) module is used to create preventative maintenance contracts and customer specific contract labor rates. The module will generate preventative maintenance work orders and billings for the service contracts. This module is integrated with Work Order and Accounts Receivable.

• Creating a new service contract
• Creating  work orders for a service contract
• Generating A/R invoices for a service contract
• Using financial analysis tools for service contracts
• Options for copying and renewing existing service contracts
