The course used practical, hands-on activities to cover the development of multiple reports. The attendee created custom reports from scratch, modified existing Vista reports, and researched analysis reporting options using Crystal Reports drill-down reports, modifications to existing Vista reports, inserting subreports, timing cycles, shared variables, and cross-tabulation reporting.
