Spectrum Automatic Invoicing

Accounts Payable Clerks handling daily invoice entry inside of Spectrum can save time processing invoices and shortcut most Accounts Payable (AP) techniques by using Automatic Invoicing. Made possible through Trimble Construction One Cloud based technology, this feature reduces the painful manual steps involved in the invoice processing workflow and improves data accuracy.

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

• Provide user access and enable a company for Automatic Invoicing
• Route and retrieve invoice-related attachments forwarded directly from a shared AP mailbox
• Upload invoices (single or multiple files)
• Mark page breaks between invoices if needed
• Rotate, zoom, delete invoices
• Import invoices with prepopulated header information into Vendor Invoice Entry
• Complete invoice details in Spectrum Vendor Invoice Entry
