ProjectSight File Management with Trimble Connect

ProjectSight is the ultimate in connected construction technology, a project management solution that allows designers, engineers, contractors, subcontractors and project managers to access and manage project information without the need for duplicate data entry. ProjectSight File Management covers the management of photos, files, and other project assets in Project Sight. Most of this is done simply and seamlessly through the integration of ProjectSight with Trimble Connect, yet there are many features and functions that can enhance the sharing of data and collaboration amongst project people.  


Through this course you will:

  • Be able to access and utilize the Photos utility as a central repository for all photos uploaded to ProjectSight and linked to project records.
  • Learn how to access and manage project documents and other assets through the File Library, which serves as an automatic content archive for all you do in ProjectSight.
  • Understand how to access and utilize Trimble Connect, a cloud-based collaboration tool that allows you to share project documentation, drawings, and 3D Models.
  • Participate in a short Knowledge Check that will reinforce what you have learned.
