Employee Tools - Self Service Tools in TC1 HR Management

HR Management is a web-based application that communicates directly with your Viewpoint system. It provides human resource management tools allowing both employees and administrators access to Viewpoint data from any location, any device. Upon completion of this course you will be able to:


- Navigate the Employee Tools menu and perform some of its most basic HR functions

- Print paystubs and earnings documents

- Request and route time off for approval

- Elect benefits during a qualifying event or an open enrollment period

- View, acknowledge, and sign documents

- Perform an employee performance review

- Submit and reconcile expenses and credit card transactions
