Employee Tools - Onboarding/ATS in TC1 HR Management

HR Management is a web-based application that communicates directly with your Viewpoint system and provides human resource management tools allowing both employees and administrators access to Viewpoint data from any location from any device. This course is targeted to approvers and managers. Upon completion of this course you will be able to:

- View employee details and initialize a newly onboarded employee

- Create applicant tracking and onboarding profiles and assign tasks to those profiles

- Control job postings made through the applicant tracking system

And more! This course assumes that all configuration tasks have been completed for your company and is designed to provide the fundamental steps for using the tools available in HR Management.
